At Zylo Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality Online Zumba Classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties related to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party apps, Zylo is not responsible for issuing a refund.
- Wrong Payment or Duplicate Payment: Refunds are not applicable if you mistakenly paid the wrong amount or made multiple payments.
- Attendance Issues: We cannot process a refund if you miss classes due to a busy schedule, personal commitments, or lack of time.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you no longer wish to continue after enrolling.
- Partial Course Usage: If you have attended a few sessions and then choose to discontinue, a refund will not be possible.
- Failure to Use the Service: We do not offer refunds if you fail to onboard, start, or engage with the program after purchase.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Medical Reasons: If you are diagnosed with a medical condition that prevents you from participating in workouts (e.g., injury, surgery, chronic illness, etc.), you may be eligible for a refund upon providing a doctor’s certificate.
- Pregnancy: If you become pregnant and cannot continue, we offer a refund with medical proof.
- Severe Personal Crisis: In case of an extreme and unavoidable personal crisis (e.g., loss of a close family member or unforeseen financial hardship), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests under these conditions must be supported with valid documentation.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Raise a Refund Request: Submit a ticket via our Support Page or email us at mukul@zylo.in with your order details and the reason for the request.
- Provide Supporting Documents: If required, attach relevant medical proof, transaction details, or other necessary documents.
- Approval & Processing: Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.
- Refund Timeline: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Important Notes
- Partial Refunds: If you have already attended a portion of the program, only a partial refund may be considered (if eligible).
- Processing Fees: Any applicable payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.
- No Transfers: Refunds cannot be transferred to another person or adjusted against future services.
- Policy Updates: Zylo reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice.
The company may elect to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Service provided in connection with this Agreement by binding arbitration by the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such dispute, controversy, or claim shall be arbitrated individually and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
